  NEVER AGAIN.
  I recently cancelled one of my Bank of America Credit Cards. I called the number on the back of the card and was transferred to the retention department. The clerk felt obligated to ask me why I was cancelling the account, to which I declined to give her an answer. I also replied that I was recording the conversation, which is not unlawful in NY State. The clerk replied that she would have to terminate the call if I continued to record the conversation. Well guess what, I am also cancelling my business credit account with BOA.
